Safe Negro-If The Shoe Fits Then Wear It!
Definition of a Safe Negro is a black elected officials, President/Chair of an organization, Pastor of a church, Minister and grassroots leader who do not question or have anything to say in a public meeting as it relates to the problems within the black community. One who feels he/she has arrived. (Arrived=forgot from whence they came and because they have a little something they look down on other black folks.) One who knows and sees racism but try to act as if it doesn't exist. One who will follow Racist White Folks around by believing in what they say without doing their homework. One who will sit on boards and will not vote for positive change that will affect the black community because they do not want to rock the boat. One who will get in the (real black leaders) lane because they want to tell others about their role when they don't know their role or the rules. One who say they want to groom us blacks to be leaders when all they want to do is use them. One who talk about (real black leaders) who are actively engaged in community issues, know the issues and speak out in public. One who is jealous of the (real black leaders) who will speak truth to power by confronting racism and other isms that exist while the Safe Negro benefits. This is just me throwing some miracle grow on the grassroots effort.

There's an ominous cloud hanging over Madison Co. District Six. This cloud precedes the Commissioner being forced out of office! We've constructed our determination with a sustained effort, controlled attention, and concentrated energy and dedicated our actions to an unswerving singleness of purpose, the trenchant zeal of a crusader so he and his supporters need to beware! There can be no fairness and equity in District Six as long as this man stays in office. I'm going to tear his political machine to shreds! Commissioner Robert "Bob" Harrison fits the profile of a leader in trouble: 1. Has a poor understanding of people 2. Lacks imagination 3. Passes the buck 4. Will not take a risk 5. Has no team spirit 6. Fights change 7. Feels secure and satisfied 8. Flies into rages 9. Is insecure and defensive 10. Stays inflexible. The Commissioner is not an effective leader. To be an effective leader of people authentic leaders must first discover the purpose of their leadership. If they don't they are at the mercy of their own egos and narcissistic impluses. This is the case with the current commissioner district six. Authentic leaders know the "true north" of their moral compass and are prepared to stay the course despite challenges and disappointments. He's lost! Authentic leaders are more concerned about serving others than they are about their own success or recognition. Judging Bobs actions with an extensive paper track leading back to his GREED!
